Managing Director of Rabbit and Dowling Plant Hire
Steve has been a member of the team at Rabbit Group since 2011 and was appointed Managing Director of Rabbit and Dowling Plant Hire in 2015. With 15 years’ experience running his own building contracting company, he knows all about what it’s like to be an end-user of the plant that he now hires out to others, helping him to provide a better service that really delivers what our customers want. As Steve says, ‘variety is the spice of life’ and he has really enjoyed taking on the challenge of his new role within the company.
Ian joined Rabbit Group in August 2015 and with 25 years’ experience in the plant and tool hire industry, he certainly had plenty of knowledge to bring to his role. His main focus is to bring in new business and keep existing customers happy. Ian says he "enjoys working at Rabbit Group because every day is a new challenge and all the staff are friendly and helpful."
Toilet Hire Manager
Tim joined Rabbit Group in November 2021 and, with 18 years’ experience in management, he has a lot to offer when it comes to getting Rabbit Toilet Hire on the map.
He said: "My focus is to build the toilet hire business to great heights and to ensure customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Every day brings a new challenge here at Rabbit Group, and, as we are one big happy family, you’re never facing them alone".
Andy is the longest serving member of the team, joining Rabbit and Dowling in April 2009 and having worked in the plant hire industry for 26 years. Starting as a lorry driver, he worked his way up to become Workshop Manager.
In 2019, Andy took his Certificate of Professional Competence in Road Haulage to become Transport Manager for Rabbit and Dowling Plant Hire.
Andy covers breakdowns and servicing for the machinery / lorries and plays an important part in the day to day running of the plant hire operation.
Simon joined the Hire Desk Team at Rabbit and Dowling Plant Hire in May 2020 and comes with 22 years' Hire Industry Experience, having worked in various Hire Desk and Field Sales Roles.
Simon says: “I relish working in a small, friendly and professional team of people who always go the extra mile to provide a great plant hire experience”.
Chloe joined the Rabbit and Dowling team in February 2019 as our Office Administrator, with 10 years' previous experience in a similar job role. Chloe's job roles include Purchase Ledger and Credit Control, along with various other administration work within the office.
