Rabbit and Dowling Plant Hire has recently invested in another large batch of plant hire equipment to ensure they can meet the increasing needs of their customers.
The plant hire equipment includes some 14-ton excavators, diesel track barrows and several 3-ton dumpers for hire.
Rabbit and Dowling Plant Hire Sales Manager, Ian Brown, said: “We have had petrol barrows for years but the new diesel machines are a lot quieter and last a lot longer on a tank of fuel. They are more economical and better for the environment, while being great for tight access, also these pieces of equipment are high tip for loading into a skip”.

Additionally, Rabbit and Dowling bought a handful of new 3t swivel dumpers – these are particularly useful for using whilst working on the side of a road or alongside a fence.
More recently, we received delivery of these JCB 6T-2 dumpers which come with a forward facing camera fitted as standard, that expands the operator’s visibility and complies with ISO5006:2017. They are also fitted with the JCB Dieselmax 3.0 litre engine.
The latest 14t Doosan excavators for hire come with the much requested high viz handrails and steps. We can supply various attachments for any size machine, please just ask when you make the enquiry.
